* Prices above do not include Annual AVP Next Membership which is required for all CDGD Tournaments and is a one time fee. Complete the AVPNext online membership form to play in CDGD grass tournaments.

3. You can pre-pay for your registration by mailing us the information needed (#1 above) to the following address:

4. You can pre-pay for your registration at one of our pick-up nights (money can be given to Deb, Jen or Tim). Check out the pick-up link for more information there.

CHECK IN PROCEDURES 2008

In an effort to start tournaments on time, CDGD will be implementing the following procedures this summer.

All nets and courts will be set up by the work crews before 8:45.

Every player needs to check in before 8:45, or a $5 late charge will be assessed, regardless of the team being prepaid. If you are not pre-paid or AVP registered, you need to be at the check-in table before 8:30. If you have pre-paid and are AVP registered, you need to check-in before 8:45. No exceptions. The tournament directors will begin to make final pool sheets at 8:45. The rules will be read at 8:50, and play will begin promptly between 9-9:10.

In the morning, there will be a CDGD member who will be there to answer any questions about rules, where to park, and put your stuff, etcetera.
